Paul was in prison when he wrote the above statement. I'm

not so sure I could be content with that. I am sure people who

are never content, with anything they have... are never really

happy!

SCRIPTURE:

Here is a trustworthy saying: that Jesus Christ came into

the world to save sinners-of whom I am the worst. But for

this very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst

of sinners, Christ might display his unlimited patience.

1 Timothy 1:15-16

Paul felt himself the worst of sinners, and yet, he let go of the

past and did marvelous things for the Kingdom of Christ. That

gives hope to the rest of us!

The dictionary defines devotion as... deep, steady

affection; loyalty and faithfulness. They're great

attributes of a Christian and also attributes of any

relationship. If we just let relationships happen and

don't develop them... they die a natural death of

neglect!
