THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
God's faithful to His promises. He is our only Hope... the
only One in whom we can place all our trust and confidence.
He can give peace in the midst of tribulation. He will never
disappoint us, after all He is the God of our salvation!

O God our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and the
farthest seas. Psalm 65:5

There is a song we sing at church "O God, you are my God... and
there is no one else!" How true! We can't find what we're looking
for in pleasure, drugs, money, jobs and man made institutions... it
can only be found in God... there is no one else!

You know that a smile is contagious... If as Christians, our gospel
is not contagious, perhaps we're not smiling enough?

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
If you are feeling down or afraid due to national or personal
circumstances, make a daily habit to look to the Lord. Meditate
on scriptures that describe who God is, such as, God is love
(1 John 4:8) and dwell in that love. Record answered prayers
and the things you are thankful for.  (Vantage Point Devotional)

SCRIPTURE:
Hope in God, for I shall again praise him; my salvation.
Psalm 42:5

One of the best faith building exercises is keeping a prayer and
praise journal. About once a month, go back and read through
it and see how many prayers God has answered!

If your soul is longing for relief, pray today to the Lord
to give you a thirst for Him. And once you have that thirst,
act on the things that will bring you closer to Him. Spend

The way you get to know a person is to spend time with him or her,
