The picture is my husband Jim and our son John, who has grown taller
than his dad. We need to look up to our heavenly Father as well!

In light of the recent Tragedy in SC I'm sure the question
on the minds of many is... does Jesus care?

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
Matthew's message shouts  that , "Jesus cares!" He cares for people.
He cared and healed lame and the blind. He cared and fed over 4000

SCRIPTURE:
Cast all your anxieties on Him for He cares about  you 1 Peter 5:7

And He cared enough to die on a cross!

I attended the funeral yesterday of a former member of Sunny Hills.
Lilly Bell was 95 and even in death her face held a certain beauty.
There is nothing more beautiful than an old Godly face!

There is a song we sing in church with these lines: "Do you see Jesus,
my Lord? He is there in plain view."  When we really see Jesus, my
Lord all the above things fall into place!
