We live in a broken world. Unfairness and discord, fear and
pain are part of our daily lives. But one day God will change

One day, God did change everything...trouble is...people just don't
believe!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY
In the beginning, out of chaos God brought order... out of darkness
He brought light. He demonstrated His love for us in spite of the mess
we've made of things. (Ben Mereness-Power for Today)

SCRIPTUR:
(Paul speaking) He said to me,  "My grace is sufficient for you, for my
power is made perfect in weakness."  2 Corinthians 12:9

We just celebrated yesterday, one way God shows His love to us in spite
of our weakness... the death burial and resurrection Jesus!

Happy Easter everyone!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
Three days after His death and burial Jesus rose from the tomb.
and invited the disciple that we know as "Doubting Thomas," to touch
his wounds , Thomas finally believed in the resurrected Jesus. And
Jesus said, "Blessed is he who has not seen me, yet believes."

One of my favorite songs is..."Have you seen Jesus my Lord?" It
goes on to tell you the many ways we see Jesus each day!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
At Calvary, God's only Son suffered a horrible death on a cross.
That's the "tree of life," for us! (Dave Brannon)

(Jesus) Bore our sins in His own body on the tree.

What a difference a day makes, on Saturday they mourned a body
in a tomb... on Sunday they rejoiced in a resurrected Savior!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
On Good Friday, God placed the weight of sins of the entire world
on Jesus. The past-present and future sins-until He could no longer
breathe from the weight of them and He said "Father into Your hands
I commit My Spirit." (Julie Link)

SCRIPTURE:
For God so love the world that He gave His one and only Son.
John 3:16

As Paul Harvey says, "That's not the end of the Story." We do not serve a
crucified Christ...we serve a risen Christ!
