THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
Understand that , "you are not your own, for you
have been bought with a price." The New Testament
explains that true freedom is not independence from
a master. It is found only in a new master... Jesus Christ,
who purchased you from slavery of sin to live as a servant
of God. The nature of the new relationship provides
structure and meaning to your life. (Vantage Point Devotional)
SCRIPTURE:
Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-
up for evil; but living as servants of God. 1 Peter 2:16
If children have no structure in their lives, no set boundaries, but
are free to indulge every whim, they do not grow up to be very
responsible adults. In the same way, children of God need structure
in their relationship with God If they are to live fruitful lives!
