September 13

Greetings: God bless you this Lord's Day!
Happy Grandparents Day!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
God designed beauty to be dynamic, to renew itself in change. The
seasons are perhaps nature's best example of this. You watch as
summer's bright greens give way to fall's warmer colors, then fade
into winter's gray and white, Just when you long for the sight of green
again spring comes, bringing more buds of change and new life. God
must have known we would need visuals to remind us of his purpose
in change. (Moments of Peace in the Presence of God)

SCRIPTURE:
It was you (God) who set the boundaries of earth. You made both
summer and winter. Psalm 74:17

The seasons remind us so much of life: Spring-new birth and young
life. Summer-the fullness of love and young families. Fall-empty nest
and letting go. Winter-old age and declining health. This is God's way
of preparing us for the coming of a NEW SPRING in our lives!

Know I prayed for you today. Blessings-Freda
