December 7

Greetings: God bless you this day.
This is Pearl Harbor Day, Be sure to fly your flag today.
To those who lost their lives remember with gratefulness
and without bitterness toward those who were once our
enemies.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
All's well that ends in heaven.
(Jennifer Benson Schuldt)

SCRIPTURE:
To be absent for the body is to be at home with the Lord.
2 Corinthians 5:6-8

So remember whatever you are going through is temporary,
even the heartbreaking loss of a loved one, for as the above
thought says: "All's well that ends in heaven. "

December 5

Greetings: God bless you this day!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
I do what I do not want to do
When I'm put to the test.
I do what I do not want to do
I'm never, it seems, at my best.
(A verse in today's poem)

SCRIPTURE:
I do not understand what i do. I do not what I want to do,
but what I hate. Romans 7:15

Paul seems to have had the same problem that I have sometimes.
My actions do not always follow my words. But I'm like Paul, in
that I'm thankful for the grace of God and I know He's not finished
with me yet...I'm still in His workroom!

Greetings: God bless you this day!
Welcome to December. It is hard to believe that this year is
almost over.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:

but for all.  As we share this life-giving message with others
let us us proclaim... Joy to the world the Lord has come!
