When my granddaughter was in Kindergarten, we went to see
a performance she was in. The teacher guided them with her fingers,
she spoke very little and when she did, it was a soft voice. The kids
paid such close attention to her. Gentleness works so much better
than unkind words.

I feel sometimes like we are living out Revelation and churches, (the people)
need to HEAR what the Scriptures say. And this of course includes me!

RAINY DAYS
So when rainy days come, don't consider them as ruined days.
Accept them as a gift. sit on the front porch, close your eyes and
listen to His love raining down on you.

My front porch id too small to sit and listen to it rain, but I like to
get on the couch and read on rainy days...it's raining this morning
and soon our hills will be covered in green!

What a powerful statement!  The chapter goes on to say that
nothing in all creation can can separate us from the love of God.
So today let's believe it and live our lives free of all the world's
problems and worries of life.

A Purpose In Pain
It can be hard to understand why we suffer. Yet God can use our
affliction in unexpected ways.
We are not asked to deny our pain and suffering, but we can take
heart in God's ability to use it for the good.

God comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort  those
in any trouble. 2 Corinthians 1:4

Sometimes we grow the most through a painful experience. We are
not asked to like it, but to endure it, through God's grace!
