Surrendering to God is the key that unlocks the door to the life
you want. A bigger spiritual 'to do' list or a calendar full of
church activities will not change our lives. When we give ourselves
to God-mind, body, soul and spirit-He changes us.

SCRIPTURE:
Not my will. but yours be done. Luke 22:42

Scary words in both the Scripture and thought. Surrender, means being
vulnerable and that goes against our natural self-protection! God knows this,
because He created us, so He is patient with us while we learn to SURRENDER!

Nothing you could ever buy could  compare to actually being
given a new start in life. We not only get a new start, but we

Therefore, if any is in Christ, he is a new creation.
2 Corinthians 5:17

Thank God for your new life in Christ, something you can't buy
or earn!

We find encouragement in today's Scripture. Be honest
before God about your circumstances and challenges and
depend on Him to deal with the evil you encounter.

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man.
And he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.
1 Corinthians 10:13

Evil has always and will always be in this world, but God's goodness
overshadows it. We need to stay in the safety of the circle of God!

Hold on to instruction, do not let it go, guard it well for

The only way that His Book will help us, is to read it as
instructions, not literature!

You have to stop looking at yourself through your eyes and see

The Christian walk takes one day at a time. Some days are
better than others, but each day belongs to the Lord.

Psalm 118: 24

My problem, sometimes is trying to live today, yesterday and tomorrow
all at the same time, that's too much of a burden for frail human shoulders.
It's good to be reminded to live one day t a time!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
God created us to have a relationship with Him; He created us to
dwell with him. Genesis 3 until Revelation 21, the Bible is about
God's plan to get the world back, reversing the destruction of sin.
The answer is prophesied in Genesis 3:15 as being Jesus. Jesus is
the One to restore sinful man back to a Holy God.

For God so Love the world, he gave his one and only Son.

It is really hard for us to comprehend just how much God wants a
relationship with us!
