THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
Jesus is a perfect example of friendship. He laid
down His life just for us, because He is our true
friend. Do you have a friend who is there for you?
Regardless of how alone you may feel, at times,
we need to take heart in knowing that Jesus is
always our Friend. He will never leave us or
forsake us, (Daily Disciples Devotional)
SCRIPTURE:
Greater love has no man then this, that he lay down
his life for his friend. John 15:13
Chances are small, that we will be called to lay down our
life for a friend, but we are called to be a friend. And if we
want a friend... we must be a friend!
