April 26

Greetings: God bless you this Lord's Day!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
Truly, friendship is one of the most precious treasures of life.
We should honor, esteem and cherish those we are privileged
to count as fiends (Wayne Estes-Power for Today)

SCRIPTURE:
There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
Proverbs 18:24

One must count your spouse as one of those treasured friends.
My husband used to counsel the young men he worked with
by saying, "If you want your marriage to last, make you wife
your best friend."... We've been best finds for 61+ years!

Know I prayed for you today. Blessings-Freda

  1. Hi Freda! I bet you are a wonderful friend. What great advice from your husband to young people...friendship is what lasts, right through all those hard times that tear and grind at your heart.
It's true that sometimes our friends stay more true than family. Blessed is the person who has both :)
    Happy Sunday,
