Greetings: God bless you this day!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
All creatures were made with the need to rest.
What a blessing that God provided the refreshment
of natural rest. (Denver Yoder-Beside The Still Waters)

SCRIPTURE:
And Jesus said, "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet
place and get some rest. Mark 6:31

Even Jesus needed rest and took the time out of His busy
ministry to rest and pray and just have some quiet time.
Do not feel guilty when your body tells you, that you need
this too!
