THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
We learn a lot from Joshua and the battle of Jericho.
We learn that God is sovereign and He has a plan for
all things. We learn to trust God and obey Him and
wait for His timing, despite what we think. We learn the
battle is His not ours! (Daily Disciples Devotional)
SCRIPTURE:
God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 1 John 1:5
And it is the same today as in Joshua's time, the battle
belongs to God and HE IS STILL IN CONTROL!
