THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
God runs when he sees the son coming home from the pig
trough. When he sees the addict step out of the alley. When
he sees the teen walk out of a party. When ladder-climbing
executive turns from the desk, the materialist from stuff
and the atheist turns from disbelief. When the prodigals trudge
the path, God can't set still. Heavens throne room echoes with
the sound of slapping sandals and pounding feet, and angels
watching in silence as God embraces his child.
