Engulfed in bad news, fear can put you in its grips.
Apprehension can build. "Lift your drooping hands
and strengthen your weak knees," so you can endure
the race set before you. God is the antidote to fear.

Isaiah 40:9

Isaiah 40 is talking about the cities in Judah, but the same
God that comforted Judah, is the one that will bring comfort
to you!
