Greetings: God bless you this day!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
In the midst of our pressure-filled days, we sometimes crave quiet
rest. We want to came aside and rest awhile. There is such a place.
When we take the time to reflect on God's love and mercy and cast
our burdens on Him, we find in that quiet God-filled space, the
peace the world has taken away. (David Roper)

SCRIPTURE:
I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me
dwell in safety. Psalm 4:8

"There is a place of quiet rest, near the heart of God." This is a line from
a song we sing in church. If we want quiet rest near the heart of God, we
will find it, when we meet Him in prayer
