THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
In the Beatitudes, Jesus doesn't just show us the kinds of
people saved by God. He also shows us, by pointing to
some of the least of all people, that God can save any kind
of person. Even the ones who are spiritually poor. Even the
ones who have many sins. Even them. Even you. Even me!
