THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
The wrapping may be ruffled,
But if you take the time to see
You will find the Holy Spirit
Surely dwells in me.
The wrapping is just the surface
It's what you find inside
A heart cleansed by God
Where a treasure does abide.
(Last two verses of today's poem)
SCRIPTURE:
Do you not know that your body is a temple of
the Holy Spirit? 1 Corinthians 6:19
The world pays millions of dollars to keep the wrapping looking
good, but sadly neglects what's inside the package!
