THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
The word "family" has a beautiful meaning in the language of any
nation. It embraces the thought of protection, comfort, warmth, rest
and love. (Bob Bland-Power for Today)
SCRIPTURE:(Jesus speaking) "Dear woman here is your son." and
to the discipled he loved, "Here is your mother."
John 19:26-27
Even on the cross, Jesus was thinking of the care of His mother. He made
it plain in His ministry that we were to care for both our physical and
church families, both are a priceless heritage.
