THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
Did you ever wonder what happened to the 56 men that signed the
Declaration of Independence? Five were capture by the British and died.
Twelve had their homes burned. Nine died of wounds from the war. Vandals
and soldiers looted the property of some. One's wife was jailed and she died there.
All 56 men were well educated, soft spoken men of means. They had security, but
valued freedom above all that.  Thank these patriots. It's not much to ask for the price
they paid for our freedom. (Googled-Signers of the Declaration of Independence)

SCRIPTURE:
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and
not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

Let us all be in prayer for that hope and future of our nation!
