Greetings: God bless you this day!

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
Has adversity ever paralyzed you? Sometimes we are swept away
by sorrow, pain or fear. We can't think objectively or with any hope.
Remember, Jesus was deceived, deserted, tortured and crucified, but
on the third day He arose.
In all our sufferings, His resurrection is our hope for the light to overcome
the darkness. The victory is His. (S. Bill Jimenez-Power for Today)

SCRIPTURE:
But thanks be to God! He gives us victory through our Lord, Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:57

Even though adversity is not pleasant,  we will grow more through it than we do
through all the good-times. This is true of nations as well, every nation turns to God
in adversity and away from God during times of prosperity.
