THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
I love the first four words in Genesis, "In the beginning God."
That says it all. Sometimes I need to be reminded that God
always existed. (Daily Disciples Devotional)
SCRIPTURE:
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Genesis 1:1
"In the beginning," was not the beginning for God, as He always existed.
This is a hard concept for us, as we're trapped in time . We can't really
imagine anything out of time... such as eternity!
